To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions. By making a reservation with us, you agree to abide by the policies outlined below.

CHECK-in & CHECK-OUT

  • The room is available from 3pm. Check-in is possible until 20h.
  • On the day of check-out, the room must be released at 11am at the latest.

PRICES

  • Prices include water, electricity and heating.
  • Prices include VAT and tourist tax.
  • The prices do not include cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other costs.
  • The prices mentioned are always non-binding and subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Up to 7 days before the date of arrival, you can cancel your stay free of charge.
  • If you cancel within 7 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • If you cancel after arrival or leave early during your stay, you will be charged for the entire stay.
  • Cancellations can only be made in writing via the contact form on the website.
